Consultation for Pastors
We offer private, confidential, free consultation via phone, Skype, or in-person for pastors, clergy, and lay ministers seeking support with their process of reconciling LGBT affirmation with their Christian beliefs and understanding of scripture, and/or strategic planning with their congregation and leadership teams.
Our role is to support you in your calling as a minister and/or pastoral care provider. You know the unique needs of your congregation members, and you're the expert in what your specific denomination requires of you. We're here to listen, pray with you, and share resources clergy and leaders have found helpful.
Every faith community is different. Pastors and leadership teams often feel in a bind trying to navigate complex, delicate matters of scripture, doctrine, pastoral care, the needs of a diverse community, and the requirements of their denomination. We know these decisions require thoughtful, prayerful discernment and prayer. Our goal is to support you and your leaders, as you discern the directions you feel God leading you.
